With a deep understanding of Children's Academy's legacy, Mr. Rohan Bhat guides students towards success. Following his father's footsteps, he has championed the school's growth since 1991. Balancing tradition with innovation, he ensures a well-rounded education that prepares students for the ever-evolving world. Leveraging over 20+ years of experience in school leadership, Mr. Bhat offers strategic guidance to students and families navigating the educational landscape. As Chairman and CFO of Children's Academy Group of Schools, he has a proven track record of driving academic excellence, optimizing school operations, and ensuring financial sustainability.

Mr. Rohit Bhat

Mr. Rohit Bhat, CEO of Children's Academy Group of Schools, leverages his experience since 1992 to drive academic excellence across all branches. His passion extends beyond administration. He actively shapes the curriculum with innovative methodologies, raising the bar for all the campuses. Overseeing everything from admissions to IT systems, Mr. Rohit's commitment to quality and process management ensures a nurturing environment that fosters your child's academic and personal development.

Mr. Ronit Bhat

Mr. Ronit Bhat began his journey in education as an English Language and Literature teacher. Rapidly ascending the professional ladder, he transitioned into the role of a teacher trainer, imparting his knowledge and expertise to educators. Currently serving as the Group Communication Head and IBCP Coordinator at Children’s Academy International School, Mr. Ronit is dedicated to pioneering modern educational methodologies. His fervor for innovation is evident in his creation and implementation of cutting-edge lesson plans, seamlessly integrating technology with traditional academic frameworks. A proficient collaborator, he synergizes with both Academic and Non-Academic boards, fostering a holistic educational environment.

Ms. Monica Bhat

Ms. Monica Bhat is the Events and Competitions Manager at Children’s Academy Group of Schools. Her key responsibilities include managing external events and competitions across all schools and reviewing and coordinating these activities to ensure their smooth functioning.

Ms. Shraddha Gujarathi

Ms. Shraddha Gujarathi serves as the Brand Manager for the Children’s Academy Group of Schools, where she plays a pivotal role in shaping the institution's brand identity. Her key responsibilities encompass delivering a consistent and engaging brand experience at every touchpoint for parents, ensuring that the school’s ethos and values are communicated effectively. She is instrumental in crafting innovative strategic brand solutions that align with the institution's goals. Furthermore, Ms. Gujarathi sets and enforces strict brand and style guidelines to maintain uniformity and professionalism across all communications. She also leads the creation of non-academic communication and promotional collaterals, ensuring that all stakeholders receive clear, cohesive, and compelling messages.

Ms. Sangeeta Puri

Ms. Sangeeta Puri chairs the Non-academic Board at Children’s Academy Group of Schools. Her key responsibilities include improving service offerings
to create efficiencies in processes and systems within the schools. She manages and reviews non-academic matters across all schools and is responsible for the nomination of new non-academic board members. Additionally, Ms. Puri sets the agenda for non-academic board meetings and ensures seamless sharing of information between the non-academic and academic boards.

Ms. Yesha Mahesh

Ms. Yesha Mahesh is a master trainer and Pre-Primary Academic head for Children’s Academy Group of Schools, with extensive experience in curriculum development and teacher training. Specialising in early childhood education and innovative teaching strategies, she is dedicated to empowering educators and enhancing educational outcomes. Her expertise fosters a love for learning and prepares schools for ongoing success and future initiatives.

Ms. Bhawani Sinha

Ms. Bhawani Sinha, an Education and Training Consultant by profession, has been working with the Children’s Academy Group of Schools since 2009. Ms Bhawani specialises in designing, creating and implementing Curriculum and Teacher Professional Development Programmes.
At CAGS, she has been working as an External Resource for English – initially for the primary and secondary, both. She also worked as an external resource for Social Sciences in the Primary School segment for a couple of years.
Presently, she is working with the teachers of English in the Middle and High School segments.
Ms. Bhawani’s other accomplishments, to name a few, would include her work as a faculty with the Department of Education Management (SNDT University), an education and training consultant with several other prestigious schools in Mumbai and other places; a workshop leader for CAER (a joint venture between CBSE and Pearson); an empanelled auditor of schools under the aegis of TUV Rheinland (an audit company); and as a resource person with esteemed publishing houses.

Dr. Vaishali Shrivastava

Dr. Vaishali Shrivastava, an English Curriculum Consultant, Teacher Educator, and Presenter is actively contributing to the professional development of educators. She has significantly benefited English teachers in the Primary Section at Children’s Academy Group of Schools through ongoing consultations and guidance. Her expertise includes the basics of language and literature, content selection and strategies, curriculum development, creating age-appropriate resources, and content delivery in classrooms. Vaishali’s focus areas include lesson planning, phonetics, and the model-then-assess approach. She provides constructive feedback post-observation to ensure continuous improvement among teachers. Through workshops and training sessions, she enhances the educator's subject competency and pedagogical skills, striving to elevate the quality of English teaching and learning process.

Specializing in tailored educational guidance across various boards, including the State Board, IB Board, and ICSE Board, we offer a spectrum of services ranging from staff training and recruitment to curriculum and infrastructure management. Our dedication to excellence extends to initiatives such as providing complimentary curriculum support to underprivileged students at schools like St. Francis English High School in Mumbai. With a focus on continuous improvement and the integration of the finest educational pedagogy and technology, Excelsis Advisors empowers schools to reach their full potential and deliver exceptional education. Excelsis Advisors has successfully launched Aspee Nutan Academy (ANA), an ICSE stream school in Mumbai for Shree Nutan Kelavani Mandal. We provide academic and intellectual support to ANA, including curriculum planning, policy making, academic and infrastructure management, and HR functions, among others. Additionally, Excelsis Advisors serves as an academic consultant to Swami Vivekananda International Schools in Kandivali and Gorai, Mumbai.
